Seeking residential house manager candidates for Portland/Multnomah County area (mainly SE Portland/Gresham area) and for The Gorge area (The Dalles, Hood River & Mosier). Make a difference! Seeking highly dependable, compassionate, well-organized, energetic individuals with a strong work ethic; leadership; initiative; and DEDICATION to a long-term commitment to become a residential group home manager for clients with severe developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Candidates should have experience with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs); client oversight and staff supervision; meticuluous, timely, organized documentation; and EXCELLENT TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS. We also provide required training to develop necessary skills to grow in this role. Clean Criminal History Background Check and Drug Screen required. Excellent attendance a must! F/T position only and must have a flexible schedule, including ON-CALL availability, and must be available to work weekends. Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record are required.
