Telecare will be opening a 5-bed Residential Treatment Home in Deschutes County that will serve clients consumers with serious mental illness who are ready to transition to community-based living. Additional information on this Program will be available in the near future. 


POSITION OBJECTIVE 

The Rehabilitation Therapist is a treatment team member who is responsible for providing care to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents by providing direct and indirect services in a manner consistent with Rehabilitation and Recovery principles. The Rehabilitation Therapist provides rehabilitation therapy and socialization activities to residents that will enhance their abilities to live independently in the community and decrease dependence on institutional living.
