Personal Service Coordinator I- Established Mental Health Organization

Telecare will be opening a 5-bed Residential Treatment Home in Deschutes County that will serve clients consumers with serious mental illness who are ready to transition to community-based living. Additional information on this Program will be available in the near future. 


***Multiple Openings (All Shifts and On Call) 

POSITION OBJECTIVE 
The Personal Service Coordinator performs a variety of duties such as assisting clients with activities of daily living as needed. 

-Provides direct client support and case management services to all residents using Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Recovery principles 
-Educates and support residents and their families 
-Collaborates with other services and agencies such as the Conservator's Office, Public Defender's Office, Probation Department and County Mental Health Services
