Wilco is seeking a Senior Business Analyst professional to:

Be responsible for the analysis of business needs supported by system functionality for remote and corporate locations. 

Assure continuous improvement of business processes by gathering and analyzing data and working with Wilco employees to identify gaps in efficiencies and /or business processes. 

Lead implementation strategies with plans, documented processes and leads training intiatives as needed for the successful launch of new or improved business processes as a result of new technology and/or business needs. 

Serves as a team member, working collaboratively with the Information Systems and Accounting departments to assure the highest level of efficieny of all systems and processes working together to meet the business needs of Wilco. 

Provide on-going analysis of internal business processes to include quarterly reporting on core business processes to the General Manager, including any variances as determined through analysis, and comparison of established metrics. 

Develops reports and conducts statistical analysis of key areas of business. Forwards reports to management and makes recommendations as appropriate. Lead implementation strategies by writing training plans, documenting processes, and leading training initiatives as needed for the successful implementation of new or improved business processes as a result of new technology and/or business needs. 

Report to the General Manager at least weekly on the progress of projects, proposal requests, and other significant issues. 

May lead and direct the work of others. Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
