Job Description
Tidy Team Oregon is a small, local eco friendly residential house cleaning business. We are looking for an experienced supervisor who will fit well with our team and can supervise employees while cleaning houses. We are looking for a person who has critical thinking skills and can solve problems with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to work hard. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and who doesn't mind getting dirty! The job is physically demanding and requires our employees to work at a fast pace. We offer paid time off after six months and weekends and holidays off. You must be able to work full time hours between 6:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Our hours vary between 25-38 per week. We cannot guarantee a set amount of hours. You must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass a background check/ pre- employment drug screen. You must have a working vehicle and valid insurance. Our office is located in West Linn and you must be able to commute to our office each day. You must be able to lift 20-30 pounds. The training period lasts between 4-6 weeks and you will be paid $9 for the first two weeks, $11 for the rest of the training period and will be bumped up to $12-13 depending on your experience thereafter. Partial drive time is paid at $9 an hour.
Skill Requirements
* Previous supervising experience * Be able to give feedback to house cleaners about their cleaning. * Ability to problem solve and think critically. * Ability to report employee performance to management in an unbiased manner. * Knowledge of cleaning or ability to learn quickly. * An eye for detail * Ability to work in a physically strenuous environment. * No physical limitations that would prevent the job from getting done-The job is VERY physically demanding. * Great communication skills. * Able to receive feedback and put it into action without taking feedback personally or having a poor attitude.
