Employment Type:Full-Time

Relocation Cost:Not Paid
Education Level:High School

Job Description
Graphic Products is selling to a niche market and we are looking for more B2B inside sales reps. We have very low turnover and are looking for dedicated salespeople who are seeking a long-term career.

Due to the unique nature of our products (industrial labeling machines and supplies), we train people from the ground up. The training does not stop after the initial period. We believe in ongoing training and supervision and we provide valuable feedback to our employees to help them and us to be as successful as possible.

Our salespeople sell primarily by phone (some e-mail, too) from our corporate offices located in Beaverton, Oregon. Our sales reps make an average of 40-60 calls per day and are on the phone an average of 2-3 hours a day. While each sales rep gets many leads per month, they still need to work their territories and generate their own business through cold-calling, referrals, etc. This is business-to-business sales and we never call customers at home.

There is no travel or outside sales. All sales reps work a standard 40 hour work week with hours of 6 am - 3 pm M-F. There is a one hour lunch. Our dress code for sales reps is business casual. Our office is closed on weeknights and weekends and our employees love the fact that they have a quality of life balance.

We offer a base income (DOE) but this is primarily a commission sales position. The ideal sales candidate is someone who wants to be in control of their financial destiny. There is great money-making potential here and each salesperson is largely in control of their income. In 2012, the average income for our salespeople was $105k, with the top salespeople earning between $150k - $180k.

At Graphic Products, we only require sales reps to bring character, dedication, discipline, energy, and intelligence to work everyday. If they do that, they will be successful here.

We are very selective about whom we hire and we pride ourselves on having very low turnover. We are a family owned company and own our building here in Beaverton.

You can learn more about our product line or company by visiting our web site at www.graphicproducts.com.

You are welcome to drop of your resume at our main office, located at:

*Good customer service and phone skills
*Willingness and desire to sell products in a niche market
