Job Description
John's Waterproofing is looking for a new System Designer. As the #1 Basement Waterproofing Company in Oregon, we have more leads than we can handle. If you would enjoy helping home owners and are good at sales, we want to hear from you. Construction, building, or drainage experience is a plus or experience in Real Estate. Paid training, company phone, benefits, vehicle and bonuses provided. Your income is only limited by your own efforts, come grow with us! 80 to 100K per year average. Commissioned sales with paid training, vehicle, company phone, benefits, bonuses and all necessary supplies.
Skill Requirements
1. Knowledge of business principles and practices. 2. Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction theories and practices. 3. Knowledge of construction or foundation systems helpful. 4. Skills in operating personal computer and Office software. Ability to learn job specific software to perform presentations in customer’s homes. 5. Skill in rapport building, explaining features and benefits of solutions, and closing the sale. 6. Skill in reading, writing (legibly), and oral communication. 7. Ability to learn, understand, accept, and put into practice the 10 steps methodology of sales. 8. Ability to understand the technicality of foundation and waterproofing systems. 9. Ability to make customer’s needs and desired outcomes very clear by being precise and thorough. 10.
