Express Staff Management, a leading provider of customized onsite staff management solutions for companies throughout the Pacific Northwest, is currently seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills, staff management experience and/or an HR background to join our team as an Onsite Account Manager. As an Onsite Account Manager you will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with supervising the temporary workforce employed at the client site. Onsite Account Managers are looked at as an extension of the client HR Department and a support system for client managers and supervisors. Responsibilities include managing the contingent workforce recruiting function through partnered staffing firms; onboarding and new employee orientations activity; employee retention program development; performance management; final screen interviewing, scheduling employees, monitoring attendance and working with managers/supervisors on overall quality and productivity; employee counseling and coaching; reporting on goals and benchmarks for managers/HR regularly (retention, turnover, absenteeism); managing meetings with supervisors/managers/HR to review benchmarks and address concern areas, positive program results, etc.; temporary payroll tracking and ongoing reporting activity. Qualified individuals will have a keen ability to work with a sense of urgency, feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional communication & time management skills, consistently meet weekly deadlines, have knowledge of auditing procedures and practices. Staffing / Recruiting / HR Generalist experience desired. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other office products. CSP or PHR certification desired but not required.
