Job Description
Essential duties include: - Identifying and analyzing fraudulent web sites - Contacting Internet Service Provider staffs worldwide to prompt immediate action to end network abuse and remove criminal web sites - Collaborating with other team members to achieve team objectives and manage projects - Communicating with customers to provide informational updates and deliver exceptional service quality Requirements: - Associates or Bachelors degree - Conscientious attitude and dependability - Attention to detail, and desire to complete work accurately and quickly - 3-5+ years work experience, call center, user support/help desk or ISP abuse desk experience preferred - Strong Internet browsing experience. Familiarity and comfort with DNS, IP addressing, and ISP operations preferred - Creative approach to problem-solving a big plus - Fluency in Korean, Mandarin, Italian and/or other foreign languages a big plus - CCNA/MCSE/CISSP track candidates welcome - Recent College Graduates welcome Potential to advance to a Senior Analyst position quickly (6-12 months).
