Job Description

QB Fabrication-Inc. in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who has good communication skills, organized, interpersonal, and computer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform general office support and other related duties as required
• Supply and manage office equipment, machines, or properties to office and manufacturers
• Schedule meeting if any
• Greet vendors, customers, and other visitors
• Coordinate employee time sheets including distribution, collection, and maintenance of time sheet copies
• Type reports, forms, correspondence, and other written communications
• Assist with maintaining employee databases and performance
• Process expense reports, invoices, and check requests
• Compiles and maintain records, statistical information and reports. Establishes and maintain various filing and records management system
• Scan forms, send faxes, and email if needed
• Answer telephone, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate individuals
• Track and organize shipping dates and billing requirements when necessary.

Skill Requirements
Some college coursework or equivalent combined with 3-5 years related experience
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Demonstrates intermediate to advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks Pro
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
• Perform sensitive and confidential tasks
• Assist with scheduling and organizing project activities including meetings, training, etc.
• Ability to work effectively with all personnel at all levels within the company
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills essential
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Bi-lingual in Vietnamese is a MUST
