Job Description
MAYURI FOOD & VIDEOS Operations Manager. Plan & develop a new ethnic menu. Maintain catering operations, supply chain, control raw materials & equipment. Manage the budget, financial transactions & expenditures and report to GM. Oversee procurement of food & beverages, estimate customer consumption to ensure adequate amounts are ordered. Monitor, supervise & train employees. Manage employee’s schedule, production act , quality & inventory control. Handle, investigate & resolve customer complaints. Req: 2 yrs exp. 40 hr/wk.
