Cascade Park Active Day, Pierce County's premier Adult Day Health Care program, has an immediate opening for a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse. The preferred candidate for this position will hold an LPN license in good standing with the state of Washington, and have had prior experience in the field of geriatrics. 

Adult Day Health Centers were developed to provide safe, quality care for frail and vulnerable adults of all ages who are in need of functional support outside of their home. Cascade Park Communities' Adult Day Health Care program "Active Day" was created specifically to meet this need. Cascade Park Active Day offers a morning, afternoon, and full-day program designed to meet the needs of functionally and/or cognitively impaired adults through an individual plan of care. The comprehensive program includes a variety of health, social, and supportive services, all provided within in a protective setting. The main goal of this exciting program is to maintain or enhance the independence of each participant. This is accomplished in a fun environment that is structured to facilitate individual growth
