Job Description
Blue Nile is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team of Diamond and Jewelry Consultants. As a member of the Customer Service team, our goal is to build the premier specialty retailer of jewelry by offering consumers high quality products at compelling values through an empowering experience. Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide phenomenal customer service to every Blue Nile customer
• Educate customers on the Blue Nile brand and product
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Blue Nile products, practices, policies and procedures
• Return customer voice messages and emails within department response time goals
• Build lasting customer relationships through care and responsiveness
• Offer no-pressure advice and guidance to help our customers make decisions with confidence
• Effectively solve problems and find the best solution for both the customer and Blue Nile
• Consistently meet or exceed the department’s expectation for productivity level
• A high degree of professionalism, integrity and customer service focus
• Positive attitude and high energy level
• Maintain an excellent attendance and punctuality record. Must be reliable and available for assigned shift in designated work area
• Ability to maneuver effectively and efficiently through all computer systems as trained
• Keep up to date and informed on all daily communications sent to the Customer Service Team

Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to establish instant rapport and instill trust and credibility
• Detail oriented, excellent organization and the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent listening skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Capable of working independently as well as with a team
• Strong computer, typing and data entry skills
